Troubleshoot computer are all problems that arise from the computer caused by hardware, software, and brainware.

1. Will not Boot With CD ROM
When you want to reinstall the operating system, you will boot from CD media. But at boot time will be done, it still can not boot from CD ROM.
Solution:
a. Make sure that the CD ROM was detected in the bios.
